  • Define and drive the application feature roadmap and growth initiative roadmap in collaboration with Marketing, Business, stakeholders, IT, and UX/UI teams.
  • Act as the key bridge between Business, users, and the squad by translating needs into clear epics, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and business rules for cross-functional teams to execute effectively.
  • Provide clear briefs to UX/UI team on objectives, target users, customer journey, content, business rules, and expected outcomes, and clarify open questions throughout the delivery process.
  • Prioritize backlog items and initiatives based on business impact, effort, timeline, capacity, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with PM, UX/UI, Dev, UAT, and related teams to drive delivery progress, resolve requirement gaps, and ensure readiness for UAT and launch.
  • Co-design and optimize digital journeys, features, and campaign flows to improve conversion, lead generation, activation, engagement, retention, and sales performance.
  • Define tracking requirements, conversion checkpoints, and dashboards; analyze performance data using Excel and relevant tools to identify pain points, drop-off areas, and improvement opportunities.
  • Formulate hypotheses and design experiments, A/B tests, and rollout tests to validate ideas, summarize findings, and support decision-making for subsequent iterations.
  • Own and monitor business KPIs for the application or features under responsibility, communicate progress and risks to stakeholders, and recommend actions to improve performance.
  • Leverage AI tools, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate requirement analysis, insight synthesis, content ideation, campaign optimization, and team productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Owner, Product Management, Digital Product, or Business Analyst roles for mobile applications, with prior responsibility as an owner or lead on key initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital products, customer journey, conversion funnel, digital analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and drive execution across cross-functional teams in Agile, Sprint, Backlog, UAT, and release environments.
  • Experience working closely with IT, UX/UI, UAT, and business stakeholders, with strong prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability in managing requirements and delivering quality outcomes.
  • Interest in or hands-on experience applying AI in day-to-day work, such as requirement drafting, research synthesis, experimentation, content generation, segmentation, personalization, or workflow automation.
  • Experience in product application flows, mobile app onboarding, fintech, or e-KYC, especially for products or features serving 50,000+ users, will be an advantage.
  • Can-do attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure.
