Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Owner to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions across our core platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, structured requirements
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities

Documentation & Communication

  • Create high-quality documentation including BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and process flows
  • Ensure alignment between business expectations and engineering delivery

Product & Feature Support

  • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams during feature development
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definition

Process Improvement

  • Analyze current workflows and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
  • Identify gaps between expected vs actual product outcomes

Data & Insights

  • Use data to validate hypotheses, track performance, and support decision-making
  • Assist in defining KPIs and success metrics for features and initiatives

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key point of contact between business and technical teams
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies effectively

Key Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech, banking, or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Operations)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
