Now, we are looking for a highly capable and versatile Senior Product Owner/ Product Manager to lead the development of innovative blockchain-powered financial products. This role sits at the intersection of technology, finance, and strategy, and is ideal for someone who understands the complexity of regulated financial systems and wants to build solutions that transform how people interact with digital assets.

You'll act as the bridge between business vision and technical execution, working closely with engineers, business development, legal, and external partners to turn ideas into scalable products

Key Responsibilities :

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from opportunity sizing, requirement definition, MVP planning, development oversight, testing, to launch

Collaborate with internal teams (BD, Legal, Tech, Risk) to design products that are compliant, viable, and scalable

Translate business strategy and market insights into clear product requirements

Drive product delivery using Agile methodologies; write user stories, prioritize backlogs, and ensure sprint success

Partner with external stakeholders (e.g., regulators, clients, ecosystem partners) to co-develop or pilot blockchain-based financial solutions

Ensure that every feature or release is aligned with business goals and user needs

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in Product Owner / Product Manager roles within fintech, digital banking, blockchain, or consulting

Strong understanding of both technical systems (e.g., APIs, blockchain architecture, smart contracts) and financial concepts (e.g., lending, tokenization, payments, compliance)

Excellent communication skills able to talk tech with engineers and strategy with executives

Highly analytical, with a structured approach to product thinking and problem solving

Experience working with Agile teams and tools

Prior experience with digital asset products (e.g., token issuance, custody, staking)

Understanding of Thai regulatory landscape (SEC, BOT) related to digital assets or financial innovation

Exposure to Blockchain, Web3 or DeFi ecosystems
