Role Description The Product Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok City, Thailand. This role is responsible for understanding Wise AM's investment products in depth and communicating their features, benefits, and performance to clients, internal teams, and business partners. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing product performance and market trends, preparing product presentations and marketing materials, supporting sales teams with product-related information, and responding to client inquiries. The Product Specialist will collaborate with investment, sales, and customer service teams to ensure products meet client needs and regulatory standards, while also helping to identify opportunities for product improvement and new offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong product expertise, including experience in product specialist or similar roles within financial services or asset management.
• Solid analytical skills for interpreting market data, fund performance, and risk metrics, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• Customer service and client-facing skills, with a focus on building trust, addressing client needs, and providing timely support.
• Sales-oriented mindset, with the ability to support sales teams, contribute to product positioning, and assist in business development.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CISA, or local licenses) are an advantage.
• Familiarity with Thai financial regulations and SEC requirements, and strong interest in global investment products and asset management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial analysis tools; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
