About This Role
Product Strategy team is at the heart of product development and decision-making. As a Product Strategist, you will be responsible for shaping product direction through data, market insight, and customer understanding.
- Drive data-informed and insight-driven decision making across product
- Combine outside-in (market, competitors, trends) and inside-out (product performance, user behavior) perspectives
- Act as an in-house consultant to Product, Data, and Business teams
- Help define what we should build, why it matters, and how to prioritize
We are looking for someone highly analytical, curious, and structured who enjoys making sense of complex problems and influencing direction through insight.
What You Will Do
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Analyze product performance and user behavior: Define key metrics, evaluate feature performance, identify gaps and opportunities
- Work closely with Data team to: Frame the right questions, design analyses, interpret results into actionable insights
- Partner with Product Managers to support: Roadmap prioritization, feature decisions, strategic trade-offs
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Revenue Ops to: Understand portfolio dynamics, inform product strategy, pricing, and profitability
- Develop insight reports, frameworks, and deep dives to guide decision-making
- Translate insights into clear strategic narratives and recommendations
- Support product positioning and go-to-market direction with Marketing and Business teams
What We Are Looking For
- Passion to improve financial access and create meaningful impact for underserved users
- 1–4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, product, analytics, or related fields (open to exceptional early talent with strong potential)
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Ability to connect: data, Market context, Customer behavior, Business outcomes
- Comfortable working with data: Define metrics, interpret analysis, collaborate with data teams (not required to be a data analyst)
- Strong research and synthesis skills
- Clear and concise communication - able to influence through insight
- Comfortable with ambiguity and open-ended problems
- High curiosity, intellectual honesty, and willingness to challenge assumptions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, subject to rapid change
- Strong ability to work with autonomy and minimal oversight
- No prior lending experience required (we value fresh thinking over fixed industry mindset)
