About the role

Responsible for managing key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving profitability. This role leads cross-functional coordination within a global EMS organization, overseeing sales planning, project execution, and margin optimization. Additionally, it focuses on continuous improvement initiatives to support overall business strategy and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts, build strong customer relationships, and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Oversee sales budget, forecasting, and contribution margin performance.
  • Lead new product introduction projects—planning, delegation, and progress follow-up.
  • Monitor production status and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Ensure accurate order handling, contract updates, and adherence to company systems (ERP, CRM, ISO).
  • Lead issue escalation, customer meetings, and business reviews.
  • Control excess/obsolete inventory, ECO activities, and account profitability.
  • Supervise and coach subordinate staff; ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years in electronics manufacturing or 3+ years in management-level roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001; plus IATF16949 or ISO13485 is an advantage.
  • Strong English communication and computer skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive, systematic, and customer-focused mindset.
