Job Description

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Experience: 4+ Years

Qualification: MBA Preferred

At Aerchain, we're building an AI-first procurement platform powering over $15B in enterprise spend. As we continue to scale, we're looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Product Consulting team and drive the successful delivery of multiple enterprise implementation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Coordination

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects.
  • Maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and cross-project dependencies.
  • Lead delivery governance through regular status reviews and steering committee meetings.
  • Ensure alignment across workstreams from project kickoff through go-live and hypercare.

Tracking, Reporting & Governance

  • Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and overall program health.
  • Track delivery KPIs and proactively identify schedule slippages or delivery risks.
  • Prepare dashboards and status reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through structured reporting.

Channel Partner Management

  • Coordinate with implementation and channel partners on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive partner onboarding, enablement, and delivery accountability.
  • Monitor partner performance against SLAs and program commitments.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, implementation teams, sales teams, and channel partners.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations regarding timelines, scope, and risks.
  • Provide structured executive-level updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively escalate and resolve delivery challenges.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Engagement Management, or Enterprise SaaS Delivery.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end SaaS or software implementation projects.
  • Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects while tracking delivery KPIs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with channel or implementation partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate management qualification.
  • Exposure to Procurement, Supply Chain, or Spend Management domains.
  • Experience working with Indian and global enterprise customers.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
