Project Coordinator, Dubbing (Full-time)

Job Summary

Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, documenting and overseeing all aspects of dubbing projects. Project Coordinator will work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as liaise other departments for support.

Responsible for coordinating with the Audio Engineer/Script Editor/Partner to the assigned projects.

  • Kick-off schedules with the team and facilitate the seamless handover of all project assets.
  • Proactively monitor project milestones and timelines to ensure projects are progressing according to schedule.
  • Work with the team to prioritize work and ensuring alignment with project deadlines and client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, facilitating communication and addressing any questions or issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively communicate project materials, requirements, timelines, and expectations clearly to the clients and other departments in the team (client-facing teams, producers, sound engineers, studio admins, etc.) to ensure alignment and minimize misunderstandings.
  • Coordinate discussions with producers, engineers, and clients on cost-related and creative aspects of the project, while ensuring all required materials are prepared prior to on-site production.
  • Proactively identify projects at risk of delay and coordinate with the team to resolve issues and mitigate potential risks throughout the process.
  • Liaise with the Audio Mix/QC team to ensure the quality and accuracy of dubbing projects, providing feedback to dubbing studios as needed to address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in sending purchase orders to the freelancers.
  • Responsible for on-time delivery in accordance with project milestones, procedures, and client specifications for Thai dubbing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data in the platform, including milestones, deliverable deadlines, and timelines for client-facing materials.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and cross-functional teams (client-facing teams, producers, sound engineers, studio administrators, etc.) to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Expected Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any fields.
  • Excellent command of both Thai and English. A third language (Chinese, Japanese, or Korean) is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work under time constraints and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-oriented with a proactive, positive, self-motivated, and hardworking attitude.
