About the Company
We are an enterprise specializing in the production and sales of high-end medical equipment such as CT, MRI, and DSA, with business covering key markets in Southeast Asia. We are committed to providing professional equipment solutions and technical support for the medical industry. Currently, we are recruiting a senior project manager locally in Thailand to jointly expand the Southeast Asian medical service landscape.
Responsibilities
- Undertake site survey and design for large medical equipment including CT, MRI, and DSA, with a focus on specialized room design for MRI and DSA equipment installation/relocation, ensuring compliance with equipment technical specifications and safety standards;
- Track the entire process of customer site construction, provide real-time technical support through multiple channels such as email and phone calls, and coordinate to solve site-related issues during the construction process;
- Regularly update on site construction progress, quality status, and completion acceptance, formulate standardized feedback reports, and ensure the timely implementation of projects;
- Assist in optimizing site management norms and operational processes to improve team service efficiency and customer satisfaction;
- Proactively collect, classify, and summarize medical equipment service-related information in the Southeast Asian region, conduct regular analysis, and ensure the accuracy and usability of information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related science and engineering majors;
- More than 2 years of experience in site service or project management of large medical equipment (CT/MRI/DSA is preferred), with in-depth familiarity with core points such as equipment room structural design, water and electricity construction specifications, and site environment requirements;
- Proficiency in using CAD software for room layout design and ability to independently complete comprehensive design schemes;
- Familiar with relevant regulations and quality system requirements in the medical device industry, with compliance awareness and risk control capabilities;
- Fluent in spoken English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, enabling smooth cross-regional work communication;
- Willing to travel to various countries in Southeast Asia, with strong cross-cultural communication skills, pressure resistance, and execution capabilities;
- Thai local residents are preferred, with good professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
