Role Overview
Title / Focus: Project Coordinator / Site Engineer (Landed Residential)
Location: Singapore (Various Sites)
Primary Objective: Coordinate landed residential construction projects from tender review through daily site supervision, quality control, and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure works match approved drawings, safety rules, quality standards, and schedule.
Tender & Cost Support: Review tender drawings, evaluate subcontractor quotes, and flag missing scope or cost discrepancies.
Drawing & Trade Coordination: Review Architectural,Structural, and M&E drawings to catch discrepancies and constructability issues before build.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage material samples, RFIs, variation claims, progress reports, and defect rectifications.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience: 2-5 years in Singapore landed residential construction.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM strong ability to read and coordinate Architectural, Structural, and M&E drawings independently.
Knowledge: Sound understanding of construction sequencing, site detailing, and Singapore regulatory/authority compliance.
