Job Responsibilities
- Support & Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to Project Managers on technical matters, tools, and best practices. Organize and deliver training sessions to enhance team capabilities and performance.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Collect and analyze project data, track progress, and prepare consolidated status reports for management review across all projects.
- Resource Management: Allocate and oversee shared resources (e.g., personnel, budget, tools) across projects to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a related role.
- Minimum 1 full-cycle Enterprise Software project experience in a PMO role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
