Project Manager

About the Role

Our clients are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Data Center projects, overseeing installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical and contractual requirements.

You will work closely with customers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive successful project execution across mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of Data Center installation and commissioning projects.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate site activities, contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and system commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Monitor project costs, risks, and change management activities.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve technical and project-related issues in a timely manner.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and final handover packages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Data Center, Critical Infrastructure, Electrical, M&E, Commissioning, or related projects.
• Proven experience managing installation and commissioning activities in complex project environments.
• Strong knowledge of Data Center infrastructure, power systems, cooling systems, and mission-critical facilities e.g. Oil&Gas, Power plant etc..
• Experience in contractor, vendor, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with project scheduling and project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
