Strong Project Management experience (preferably within large-scale / multi-market delivery)
Ability to communicate effectively in the local language (Bahasa Indonesia / Thai), in addition to English
Experience working in regional or cross-functional teams will be an advantage
10+ years driving complex project delivery with strong schedule, scope, cost, and quality control. Managing multiple workstreams
Expert in integrated planning (work breakdown, critical path, resourcing), including coordination across Group and Local Product, engineering, data, compliance/security, and business teams.
Strong change control (CR intake, impact analysis, approvals) and delivery governance (steerco packs, weekly status, risk reporting).
Hands-on with delivery tooling (Jira/ADO/Confluence-style), ensuring traceability from requirements → build → test → release.
Experience delivering digital platforms (web/mobile/API/data/cloud) with awareness of app security and release controls (esp. BFSI/insurance)
