Project planning and Manage projects for both functional and technical teams and be accountable for structuring projects to achieve client goals and business objectives.
Deliver end-to-end enterprise software projects while working in a vendor environment, ensuring alignment between client requirements and technical delivery.
Manage internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed expected satisfaction levels.
Take full ownership of project timeline, resource management, quality, and completeness of deliverables.
Track all project activities against plans and provide regular, accurate reports to senior management, project committees, and client management.
Understand key business drivers and manage operational metrics including cost, quality, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by proactively identifying project risks and opportunities at an early stage and addressing them with a high level of autonomy.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage manpower of 10+ team members, including planning resource allocation, resolving resource conflicts, and monitoring staff deployment to ensure effective contribution and professional development.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 7-8 years of experience in system implementation and project management, including business process development.
Experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry, with understanding of financial systems and business processes.
Experience delivering end-to-end enterprise software implementation projects in a vendor environment.
Knowledge of database management and IT technical skills such as SQL, HTML, or related technologies.
Strong knowledge of CRM processes, including Sales, Service Center, and Marketing operations.
Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand new industries or business domains.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and Thai (spoken and written).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven leadership, negotiation, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.
