We're looking for a Project Manager, responsible for executing our international energy projects and ensuring high quality delivery. As Project Manager, you're the crucial link between our customers and our project team members in Asia. You will report to Project Team Manager.
About The Job
As our Project Manager, you:
- Are responsible for the execution of the project, according to the budget, deadlines and contract requirements.
- Are the go-to point of contact for our customers, the project team and management for the implementation of your project.
- Plan the project execution, set milestones, and prioritize tasks for the project team members, always keeping quality and safety in mind.
- Coordinate and organize all different project flow activities through regular progress meetings and follow up on timings and requirements.
- Actively control the project budget, forecast expenses, and handle financial and contractual milestones with the customer. You'll also attend site meetings.
- Manage supplier quotations, purchase orders, and subcontractors related to the project.
About You
We imagine our ideal candidate would:
- Have a master's degree in engineering or economics, or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of project management experience, in an industrial and international context.
- Have excellent communication skills, engaging all stakeholders and building strong relationships with our customers.
- Be good at analyzing problems and resolving (project) issues with the team.
- Meet deadlines. Prioritizing and delegating key responsibilities amongst the team.
- Be willing to travel (short trips) to customers.
- Be fluent in English and Thai.
