Project Manager – Insurance Technology (Hybrid)

Location: Yan Nawa, Bangkok

We're looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across our insurance ecosystem, from Core Systems to Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, and Customer Experience platforms. This is a hybrid role, giving you flexibility while driving enterprise-level digital transformation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
• Manage project timelines, resources, quality assurance, and deliverables, reporting accurately to senior management and clients.
• Identify risks and opportunities proactively, making strategic decisions early in the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to integrate innovative digital solutions across the insurance ecosystem, including third-party and InsurTech platforms.
• Drive operational excellence with a focus on cost, quality, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in system implementation, project management, or business process development in insurance or financial services.
• Strong IT skills (SQL, HTML) and understanding of CRM, sales, service operations, and marketing.
• Business acumen across industries, with deep knowledge of insurance and related ecosystems (HealthTech, FinTech, RegTech).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
• Thai nationality required.
