What You'll Drive
- Analyze lead data and customer behavior to design effective sales strategies.
- Identify business opportunities and negotiate with B2B partners to establish new sales channels.
- Coordinate with and influence both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Set up and monitor end-to-end workflows to ensure seamless operations between the sales and branch teams.
- Track daily performance through reports, analyze operational issues, and promptly adjust plans to achieve business targets.
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of professional experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, or Growth Marketing.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to handle large datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to influence and manage expectations across relevant teams.
- Strong logical thinking and resourcefulness to effectively resolve immediate and unforeseen challenges.
