Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end customer onboarding projects. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to drive projects across multiple teams and ensure successful customer go-live across global regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee customer onboarding projects from initiation through successful go-live
  • Work closely with customers across EMEA and Asia regions, ensuring effective communication across time zones
  • Coordinate with customers to define and finalize go-live timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, etc.) to ensure timely execution
  • Track project milestones, identify risks, and ensure proactive follow-ups to keep projects on track
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on project status
  • Communicate project progress to internal stakeholders and external customers through structured reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project status in Salesforce or CRM tools
  • Prepare and share status reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review
  • Monitor project stages and ensure smooth progression through each onboarding phase
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve internal onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in customer onboarding, implementation, or client delivery
  • Proven experience working with global customers (EMEA and/or Asia) in SAAS environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills across time zones
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and risk management capabilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to synthesize data and present clear, actionable insights in reports using AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or technology-driven environments
  • Knowledge of FX preferred
