The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Performing the role of advisor, planner, and leader in working with clients to devise and implement solutions related to process or quality improvement
- Clarifying main mission and target of project aligned with client's requirements, creating work plan and estimation
- Managing a team of 10+ resources, supervising team members through monitoring daily business and operation, with effective and timely direction and suggestion.
- Managing project with updating information of daily business and operation, managing the issues that could impact the project.
- Supporting partner in business developments, pitching activities of new project
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Technology or any related fields.
- At least 8 years experience in IT industry
- At least 2 years experience as project manager
- Very good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understand consulting work and willing to work long hours
- Professional skills including establish personal credibility with client and others, strong oral and written communication skills, drive to add value, maximize team's performance
- Good English communications and writing skills are a plus
- Experience with Data and AI project is a plus
- Experience with Data Governance project is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Databricks is a plus
