Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and manage project timeline to ensure the projects complete as defined milestones
• Manage required project activities, including scope, schedule, budget/cost and risk management
• Create and manage/close LOP related project to ensure that all LOP are closed in timely manner to secure cash flow
• Coordinate with the customers and cross-functional teams to drive project progress
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement effective contingency plans
• Updates and reports regular progress to related functional teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferable in Mechanical engineering
• Educated or received training in Project Management will be advantaged
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager in the engineering/machine industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Strong technical understanding of engineering principles and project management best practices
• Good communication, negotiation and management skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English communication
