Project Manager (1 Year Contract)
The Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end project management to ensure successful delivery aligned with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards. This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients while overseeing cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
The Project Manager drives planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring accountability across teams.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal and external teams (e.g., SD/PM, vendors, freelancers, and cross-functional departments) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on assigned tasks to keep deliverables on track.
- Manage the distribution and receipt of required materials across all teams, including handling updates or resolving material-related issues.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues that may affect project timelines or delivery.
- Provide support for urgent or ad hoc tasks when necessary.
- Utilize relevant tools and systems to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and quality standards.
- Maintain clear documentation, status tracking, and reporting for project progress.
- Prepare and finalize the deliverable files before delivering them to the client.
