Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution and delivery of projects from initiation through completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards, while effectively managing stakeholders, resources, and risks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through commissioning
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, site, vendors)
- Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting and forecasting
- Identify and mitigate project risks and manage change requests effectively
- Oversee vendor and contractor performance to ensure timely delivery and quality
- Supervise site activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning
- Prepare regular project reports and communicate progress to management and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within engineering or industrial sectors
- Proven experience delivering complex projects (e.g., EPC, manufacturing, construction)
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle (design, execution, commissioning)
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Experience in budget control, contract management, and cost tracking
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems under pressure
- Willingness to travel and work in a multicultural, cross-functional environment
