Project Manager

Your Role

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Work under the pressure situation and limit the timeline.

Specification

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in the role of Project Manager / Business Analyst / System Analyst 
• Communicate fluently in Thai and proficient in conversational and written English.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services is preferred.
• Capability to make decisions under pressure.
• Strong project management, Leadership, Organizational, and Multitasking skills.
• Good communication and negotiation.
