We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams while delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

As our Project Manager, you will:

• Manage the successful delivery of construction and engineering projects from project initiation through final handover.
• Coordinate and oversee Builder (Architectural), Mechanical, and Electrical (M&E) works to ensure smooth integration across all disciplines.
• Lead project teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to achieve project objectives.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, resources, procurement, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, clients, main contractors, and regulatory authorities to resolve technical and site issues.
• Conduct regular project coordination meetings to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions to ensure coordination between all trades.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Manage project costing, budget forecasting, monthly progress claims, and cost control to achieve project profitability.
• Lead Testing & Commissioning activities and coordinate final inspections, system handovers, and client training where required.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), environmental, and quality management requirements throughout project execution.
• Support tender preparation, project planning, value engineering, and business development initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant project management experience in Singapore's construction industry.
• Proven experience managing projects involving Architectural (Builder), Mechanical, and Electrical (M&E) works.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, coordination, and contract administration.
• Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and stakeholders while maintaining project quality, safety, budget, and schedule.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and REVIT.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and coordinate technical interfaces between different trades.
• Good understanding of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices and quality management systems.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
