Were looking for a Project Manager eligible to work in Thailand without visa sponsorship who can lead multiple software projects simultaneously, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and smooth delivery in an Agile environment.
What youll do
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover
- Lead and track scrum progressions, facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure blockers are resolved
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across different clients and domains
- Create and maintain project documentation plans, status reports, risk logs, dashboards, and budgets
- Partner closely with professional services, development, QA, and support teams to align priorities
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, training, and go-live activities
- Provide high-touch communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust at every stage
What were looking for
- 5+ years experience as a Project Manager (software/application delivery projects)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and how to keep projects on track in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to multitask across several projects, balancing competing priorities and deadlines
- PMP/Prince2 or similar certification is an advantage
- Comfortable working in an environment without heavy structure adaptability is key

Location: Bangkok
Compensation: Up to 130,000 THB per month plus bonus and benefits (not neg)
