About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex Data Center projects across Thailand and Southeast Asia. This role is responsible for managing project execution, contracts, stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and project teams to ensure successful delivery from project kickoff through commissioning and handover.

This is not a purely technical project management role. Success in this position requires strong contract management, stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Data Center projects through engineering, installation, commissioning, and handover phases.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Administer contracts, variations, claims, and change orders while protecting project profitability.
• Act as the primary interface between customers, general contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and project interfaces to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive issue resolution, approvals, and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead project teams and maintain accountability for project performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to contractual requirements.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in Project Management.
• Experience managing projects involving General Contractors, customers, consultants, and multiple vendors.
• Strong contract administration and commercial management experience.
• Proven experience handling claims, variations, and scope management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Thailand and the Southeast Asia region.

Preferred

• Data Center project experience.
• Building Management Systems (BMS) experience.
• Mission Critical Facilities experience.
• MEP, EPC, Construction, or Electrical Infrastructure project experience.
• Technical background in Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, or Building Systems Engineering.

Travel: Regular travel within Thailand and possibly Southeast Asia
