Position Summary
The Project Manager is the architect and guardian of the packaging artwork lifecycle. You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex packaging projects, ensuring every deliverable meets the highest standards of quality, timing, and cost-efficiency. As the bridge between clients, design teams, and production, you are responsible for maintaining the critical path and ensuring that project outcomes align with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Strategy
- Requirements Gathering: Collect and analyze comprehensive project requirements to define scope and objectives.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, schedules, and performance dashboards.
- Financial Oversight: Analyze cost structures, manage budgets, and proactively address any significant financial deviations.
Execution & Workflow Management
- Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day progress of multiple artwork projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget.
- Risk Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential bottlenecks; propose creative solutions to navigate cost or time constraints.
- Process Optimization: Implement and refine workflow management tools to enhance team productivity, accuracy, and overall quality.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal design and production teams, external suppliers, and clients.
- Expert Guidance: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in project meetings regarding workflow, capacity, and production feasibility.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain collaborative partnerships across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Professional Experience
- Tenure: 6+ years of Project Management experience.
- Niche Expertise: A proven track record specifically in Packaging Artwork (design-to-production lifecycle) within an agency or creative environment.
- Client Management: Direct experience in a client-facing role is mandatory.
Technical & Language Skills
- Bilingual: Fluency in Thai and English (both written and verbal) for stakeholder communication.
- Software: High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management/workflow tools.
- Project Finance: Experience in budgeting, cost structure analysis, and managing project ROI.
