Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of field operations projects. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and provide data-driven insights and reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across projects.
• Lead, coach, and develop field teams to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years experience in project management or field operations (FMCG/Retail is a plus).
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Data-driven with excellent analytical and financial management capabilities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and deliver results.
