Job Summary
We are seeking a highly responsible, self-driven, and experienced Project Manager to lead our internal software development projects. The successful candidate will be the primary driver for delivering high-quality, impactful software solutions that streamline and support our internal business operations. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, exceptional leadership, and superior communication and negotiation skills to manage the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to successful deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects to ensure quality, timelines, and business objectives are met.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and end users to gather, analyze, and manage project requirements effectively.
- Supervise and guide the development team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow across all project phases.
- Resolve conflicts and challenges between user requirements and technical limitations with practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure proper resource allocation and timeline control.
- Communicate project updates and issues clearly to management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective collaboration among cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and business users.
- Foster a positive, productive team environment that encourages ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 7 years) in project management for software development or IT-related projects.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in managing development teams and coordinating with business users.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of Golang or modern backend technologies is an advantage
