Project Manager, Solar Energy

About the role

Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of our solar farm, solar roof projects. This is a full-time contract position based in Pathumwan, Bangkok. As our Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our solar energy initiatives, contributing to the company's growth and sustainable energy solutions.

Job Description :

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project execution, including procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and site management, to drive project progress
• Monitor project performance, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure projects comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders
• Mentor and manage a team of project engineers and technicians

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the solar energy or construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale renewable energy or infrastructure projects
• Excellent project management skills, including experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Strong technical knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems, electrical systems, and construction processes
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
