About the role
Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of our solar farm projects. This is a full-time contract position based in Pathumwan, Bangkok. As our Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our solar energy initiatives, contributing to the company's growth and sustainable energy solutions.
Job Description :
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project execution, including procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and site management, to drive project progress
- Monitor project performance, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure projects comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders
- Mentor and manage a team of project engineers and technicians
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the solar energy or construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale renewable energy or infrastructure projects
- Excellent project management skills, including experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Strong technical knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems, electrical systems, and construction processes
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
