Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end CCaaS implementation projects across global enterprise clients
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project risks, scope, and stakeholder communication
Ensure alignment between client KPIs and technical delivery throughout the project lifecycle
Deliver accurate reporting, status updates, and governance documentation for all engagements

Key Deliverables:

Successful deployment of CCaaS solutions across multiple geographies
Strong executive-level stakeholder relationships and engagement
Risk mitigation strategies and change control plans
Timely delivery with full adherence to defined scope and SLAs
