Project Manager

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of working experience in IT services, software delivery, managed services, project management, resource management, workforce planning, or delivery operations.
3. Strong experience in resource management, workforce planning, capacity planning, resource allocation, utilization tracking, and demand forecasting.
4. Experience in IT outsourcing, application development, application maintenance, managed services, system integration, telecom, CRM, ERP, or enterprise application environments would be highly preferred.
5. Good understanding of IT project delivery lifecycle, including demand intake, planning, resource assignment, development, testing, deployment, support, and operation.
6. Ability to work closely with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Service Owners, Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and HR to manage resource availability and assignment priorities.
7. Ability to handle resource conflicts, capacity constraints, urgent demands, prioritization discussions, and escalation when resource demand exceeds availability.
8. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in working with both internal delivery teams and client-facing teams.
9. Good analytical skills with the ability to prepare resource reports, utilization reports, assignment tracking, capacity summaries, and management dashboards.
10. Ability to support team readiness and adapt resource planning approaches to align with changing delivery models, new technologies, automation, AI adoption, and business priorities.
11. Good command of English communication, both written and verbal, would be preferred.
