Botsync Pte. Ltd., Asia's Leading Robotics & Automation Solutions Provider, is looking for a Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of cutting-edge Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) projects across Asia.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end robotics and automation projects from inception to deployment
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate across engineering, software, design, and operations teams
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring seamless execution
• Develop project plans, status reports, and stakeholder updates
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners across the region
• Deliver high-quality projects while maintaining compliance with industry and safety standards

We're looking for:

• 8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in robotics or automation (AMRs/AGVs)
• Strong understanding of robotics systems, control systems, and software development
• Experience delivering large-scale technical projects successfully
• Hands-on exposure to robotics hardware and software integration
• PMP certification (preferred)
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, and other project management tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
