Project Manager

Language: Thai is mandatory

• Strong Project Management experience (preferably within large-scale / multi-market delivery)
• Ability to communicate effectively in the local language (Bahasa Indonesia / Thai), in addition to English
• Experience working in regional or cross-functional teams will be an advantage
• 10+ years driving complex project delivery with strong schedule, scope, cost, and quality control. Managing multiple workstreams
• Expert in integrated planning (work breakdown, critical path, resourcing), including coordination across Group and Local Product, engineering, data, compliance/security, and business teams.
• Strong change control (CR intake, impact analysis, approvals) and delivery governance (steerco packs, weekly status, risk reporting).
• Hands-on with delivery tooling (Jira/ADO/Confluence-style), ensuring traceability from requirements → build → test → release.
• Experience delivering digital platforms (web/mobile/API/data/cloud) with awareness of app security and release controls (esp. BFSI/insurance)
