Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Local Intelligent and networking (i.e. Business Partners, Industrial Customers, Lenders, Consultants, International and Local contractors, Thai Government Agencies)
  • Study and understand General Rule and Regulation (such as an investment laws, labor laws, foreign investment laws), regulations and restrictions of foreign investors.
  • Understand the requirements for company set up in ASEAN.
  • Monitor and manage overall documents to support team.
  • Monitor business events for new opportunities in local market
  • Ensure successful project management operation of Thailand Business team
  • Coordinate with internal teams (i.e. accountant, treasury, permit & license, legal corporate) to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Support in communications across business development, project development & construction, incident management (during construction), and external parties.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and regular communications with stakeholders
  • Subject to any Permit and License Works; help to acquire relevant permit and license to support and workflow report of all existing and new projects on schedule including supporting role for compiling necessary documentation for permit applications.
  • Coordinates and review the requirement of permit and license.
  • Prepare all relevant documents to set up new entity.
  • Checklist of all permit and licenses that need to acquire informed the relevant departments.
  • Study and follow up local regulations/change in laws and advise to the team.
  • Collaborate with the engineering, finance and legal teams for their inputs for the study
  • Negotiation and Contract Management/Document Handling (i.e., Term Sheet, Share Purchase Agreement, Shareholders Agreement)
  • Coordinating and Communicating matters with internal and external organizations.
  • Provide and support documentation between internal and external organization to complete the company registration process.
  • PPA, GSA, O&M contract, LTSA and Pre-Construction Permits and Licenses PPA, GSA, Infrastructure Agreements (Water, Land and Others), LTSA, O&M contract, Preliminary Organization chart, and other pre-construction licenses
  • Study and review pre-construction agreement (PPA, FSA and others relevant agreements).
  • Checklist of all permit and licenses that need to acquire after completed the due diligence process and informed the relevant departments.
  • Hand Over to Project Development Team EPC and Non-EPC contractors Bidding Process to NTP, Financing Process, and after NTP
  • Handover related information and contribute signed contracts to other departments such as Legal, Accounting, and Purchasing department.
  • Provide / support relevant information for as per requested.
  • Follow up for the exercise of its responsibilities in corporate action procedures to comply with company regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or economic or Business Administration (BBA)
  • At least 5 years of experience in related fields with 3 years in business operation tasks
  • Knowledge in Business Development (Energy, Power Generation, Transmission Business, Power Market, Fuel Supply Chain and Other Infrastructure Business)
  • Good collaborations and interpersonal skills

Office Locations: B.Grimm Power, Head Office, Krungthepkreetha

Working Hours: 08.00 -17.00hrs.
