Project Manager - Warehouse, Logistics and Supply Chain

MR.DIY Thailand is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to join the Corporate Strategy team, focusing on warehouse automation and supply chain transformation initiatives, including warehouse operations, fleet utilization, and inventory optimization.

This role will lead project planning, execution, and performance tracking while working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management, analytical, and presentation skills. Native Thai speaker with strong English communication skills required; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

• Track end-to-end execution of warehouse and supply chain-related projects, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation review
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables while proactively monitoring progress and resolving blockers
• Coordinate with internal teams (Warehouse, Store Operations, IT, Supply Chain, and Finance) and external vendors (automation solution providers and system integrators) to ensure smooth project execution
• Review and challenge cost-benefit analyses, ROI models, and CAPEX justifications prepared by operations teams and vendors by identifying weak assumptions and highlighting potential risks
• Use project and operational data to support decision-making by forming hypotheses, testing assumptions, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions

Stakeholder Engagement & Team Supervision

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, accountability, and decision-making
• Provide guidance and oversight to Project Executives by reviewing outputs and supporting team development

Presentation & Reporting

• Prepare consultant-style presentations for management and board-level stakeholders
• Translate technical, operational, and financial information into clear, executive-ready reports and presentations
• Establish regular reporting cadences to keep stakeholders informed on project progress, risks, and key decisions required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in project management within warehouse, logistics, supply chain, retail, or related industries
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to prepare executive-level reports
• Fluent in Thai and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management tools
