Responsible for the daily property management and operations of the park, ensuring safe and orderly operations; oversee on-site security, cleaning, engineering maintenance, and landscaping services.
Establish and improve property management systems and standardize operational processes within the park.
Manage third-party vendors, including training, daily supervision, and performance evaluation, to build a standardized management mechanism.
Develop emergency response plans and management mechanisms, including the management of emergency supplies.
Liaise with relevant local government authorities and support inspections and compliance requirements.
Handle on-site emergencies and customer complaints.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.
At least 3 years of experience in property/park/facilities management; familiar with park property management processes, with proven ability in system establishment and vendor management.
Familiar with local Thai culture and working practices; willing to work long-term in Rayong, Thailand.
