Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a PSP Audit, Risk & Compliance Professional based in Thailand. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, auditing financial statements, and analyzing reporting structures within the organization. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to strengthen financial and operational processes. Some remote work is allowed, paired with on-site requirements at the Thailand office.
Audit & Compliance Preparation
Lead preparation for client audits across multiple countries and therapeutic areas.
Ensure alignment with client SOPs, SLAs, and regulatory/ethical standards per market.
Maintain regional audit documentation, evidence logs, CAPA actions, and controlled documents.
Conduct internal readiness assessments and close compliance gaps proactively.
Documentation & Data Quality
Review patient case files, service logs, communications records, consent forms, and PV reports for completeness and compliance.
Manage SOPs, Work Instructions, Change Controls, Training Records, and CAPA logs.
Ensure patient data privacy compliance (PDPA, GDPR-like, country-specific guidelines).
Client Communication & Stakeholder Support
Serve as documentation point-of-contact during audits.
Coordinate with regional client teams, medical, operations, QA, and commercial.
Communicate audit plans, agendas, findings, and CAPA recommendations clearly in English.
Training & Process Standardization
Support audit-related training for PSP teams across markets.
Contribute to standardizing documentation and audit frameworks across countries.
Recommend process improvements for data quality and audit outcomes.
Skills/Competencies required
Fluent professional communication in English (written + spoken).
Ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
Strong documentation control and organizational discipline.
Familiarity with PSP workflows (enrollment, adherence, PV reporting, access).
Analytical mindset and risk-based decision-making.
Understanding of data privacy regulations (PDPA/GDPR or equivalents).
Strong stakeholder management with external pharma clients.
