Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems and programs.
- Oversee quality assurance operations across multiple sub-functions.
- Maintain and enhance quality management systems in alignment with international standards.
- Review and approve CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for internal and external quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of quality and compliance.
- Initiate and manage training programs to enhance quality awareness and capabilities.
- Monitor departmental performance metrics and drive corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management, including leadership roles.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Certifications such as IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3 are highly desirable.
- Proficient with core quality tools.
- Strong skills in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
- Experience in manufacturing, particularly in industrial or electronics sectors, is an advantage.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, accountable leadership style.
