About the Company

Our client is a leading global manufacturer and a key innovation hub within its multinational network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems and programs.
  • Oversee quality assurance operations across multiple sub-functions.
  • Maintain and enhance quality management systems in alignment with international standards.
  • Review and approve CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for internal and external quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of quality and compliance.
  • Initiate and manage training programs to enhance quality awareness and capabilities.
  • Monitor departmental performance metrics and drive corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management, including leadership roles.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Certifications such as IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3 are highly desirable.
  • Proficient with core quality tools.
  • Strong skills in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
  • Experience in manufacturing, particularly in industrial or electronics sectors, is an advantage.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, accountable leadership style.
