  • Promote best practice sharing and adoption of BU-wide quality learnings

Product & Production Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to product specifications, quality standards, tolerance levels, and control procedures
  • Oversee plant-level implementation of inspection plans, testing methods, and control protocols for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods
  • Support product quality risk assessments for new or modified products and ensure effective mitigation
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements
  • Verify that plant Quality teams consistently apply defined quality systems and frameworks

Product Development & Innovation Support

  • Conduct product quality risk assessments for all new product development

Quality Issue Management

  • Lead structured investigation and resolution of plant-level and cross-functional quality incidents
  • Manage customer complaints within assigned scope — ensuring timely response and closure
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Coordinate with Commercial, Production, and Engineering to ensure effective issue resolution
  • Monitor and improve Time to Resolution (TTR) performance

  • Encourage cross-functional learning from quality incidents and audit findings

People & Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Assurance team to achieve operational targets
  • Foster a strong quality mindset and collaborative culture across functions
  • Support performance management, talent development, and succession planning within the team
  • Identify capability gaps and drive targeted training and development initiatives

How Success is Measured

  • Time to Resolution (TTR) — time from issue identification to final sign-off
  • Customer complaint response time — average time to respond to and close customer complaints
  • Quality improvement initiatives delivered vs. plan

  • Solid knowledge of quality standards, food safety regulations, and compliance frameworks relevant to Ambient manufacturing operations
  • Proven experience managing NC / CAR / CAPA processes and driving continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to conduct structured root cause analysis on complex quality issues
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple quality workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills — able to build a quality culture and drive cross-functional collaboration effectively
  • Experience leading and developing a quality team across a multi-site or BU scope
  • Proficient in English — written and spoken
  • Willing to travel across assigned plant locations
