Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain the company's quality systems to ensure full compliance with both customer requirements and corporate standards

2. Oversee all quality control operations and provide technical support to customers regarding quality issues

3. Develop operational work plans and effectively manage the department's budget

4. Provide training and quality-related guidance to relevant departments within the organization

5. Empowered to halt production lines in the event of quality non-conformities or critical issues

6. Manage subordinates, including oversight of training, staff retention strategies, and performance evaluations

7. Create, review, and approve quality standards for finished products and raw materials

8. Prepare, verify, and approve reports, documents, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the QC department.

Qualifications Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or other related technical fields

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control management role

3. In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems

4. Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and technical statistical methods

5. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes

6. Expertise in International Quality Standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)

7. Strong leadership and team-building skills

8. Decisive, highly responsible, and capable of working effectively under pressure

9. Advanced technical knowledge in statistics and modern manufacturing workflows

10. Continual commitment to maintaining and improving international quality benchmarks.
