Review & monitoring of work progress. Resulting completion of job within time. Initiate various improvement projects. Prepare MIS report.
Documentation to fulfil compliance of Global safety standard - Hazard Communication Compliance of OHS-ISO 45001:2018 standard requirement Ensuring 100% use of Personal protective equipment for safe working inside lab Imparting of on job safety training. Task observation of workmen during critical job for assurance of safe working.
Non-Tyre customer visit during Quality complaint and find out root causes for resolution. Periodic visit to Tyre Customers for Interlab correlation for improvement on Vendor rating. Identify the critical spares. Maintaining minimum inventory spare part of critical Equipment. Plan and monitor procurement action for all spares and other Chemical. Co-ordination with Purchase & store dept. to optimize inventory level.
Quality Manager:
Bachelor of Science / master's degree in science preferably in Chemistry.
Minimum 12+ years experience in Quality Control with knowledge of Carbon black testing & NABL Audit requirements.
Preparation & Circulation of lab reports in co-ordination with Section Head QC.
Attended Training of 8D / CAPA/ RCA
Internal Auditor Training of NABL by competent authority.
Yellow or Green Belt in Six Sigma /IATF1969 , ISO9001 ,ISO17034,ISO14001
MS office (should be good at MS Excel)
Knowledge of Statistical Tools – 7 QC tools, etc
Equipment Handling, accuracy and lab equipment's maintenance related activity – To participate in MSA study, ILC and International ILC / PT program.
