Job Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections at each project stage (delivery, installation, wiring, commissioning) in accordance with Gate Checklists, and report any issues in a timely manner;
- Assist the Project Manager and relevant teams in implementing quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with quality standards;
- Be based on-site to support quality control during installation and commissioning, with a focus on the first unit installation;
- Track on-site quality issues, support root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions until closure;
- Assist in collecting and analyzing quality issues and quality loss data from project sites;
- Check the completion of quality documentation and checklists at key milestones, and support proper record completion;
- Participate in the collection and sharing of typical quality cases, and support quality training and lessons learned sessions;
- Travel to or be stationed at project sites as required, supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of on-site quality management.
Qualifications
- Bachalor or above; able to use English as a working language; willing to work on-site at project locations;
- Good communication skills, able to coordinate with project teams on-site quality issues;
- Basic understanding of quality management methods (e.g., PDCA), with a strong quality awareness;
- Experience in engineering project sites (e.g., installation, commissioning, O&M, or project execution); experience in quality-related roles is a plus;
- Responsible, detail-oriented, with strong execution ability and adaptability to site-based working environments.
