Quality Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee the quality assurance and quality control processes within our Foods-FMCG factory in Chonburi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Management:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes, making necessary adjustments to improve product quality.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Product Testing and Inspection:
- Oversee product testing and inspection processes to ensure that all products meet established quality standards before they are released to the market.
- Analyze test results and implement corrective actions as needed to address any quality issues.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations, quality standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO, HACCP).
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality control processes, audits, and inspections.
Customer Feedback Management:
- Address customer complaints and feedback related to product quality, conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management within the FMCG industry, with a focus on food production.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, food safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in English and Thai; additional languages are a plus.
