Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality, Food Safety, and Sustainability Systems:
Monitoring:
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of quality, food safety, and sustainability systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP, BRC, etc.)
Implementation:
- Collaborate with departments to implement and maintain quality and food safety systems.
- Conduct training sessions to build awareness and knowledge across teams.
Improvement:
- Identify system weaknesses or non-conformities and propose corrective/preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audits and performance data.
2. IT Infrastructure & System Support:
System Integration:
- Support the integration of IT systems with quality and food safety platforms (e.g., ERP, QMS).
- Collaborate with IT to ensure infrastructure aligns with operational and compliance needs.
Technical Support:
- Provide day-to-day support for digital tools and systems related to QS/Qi operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to maintain operational efficiency.
3. Coordination and Documentation:
- Coordinate internal and external audits (certification bodies, customer audits, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records related to QS/Qi systems.
- Support data analysis and reporting for KPIs related to quality and sustainability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a QS/QA Engineer
- Strong knowledge of quality and food safety systems.
- Familiarity with sustainability concepts and environmental standards.
- Experience with system integration and basic IT infrastructure is a plus.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work at Vexcel Pack Co., Ltd. (Pluak Daeng, Rayong).
