Recruitment Consultant

Work Location: Mercury Tower, BTS Chidlom

Hybrid work: 3 days in office

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand clients business needs and recruitment requirements
• Source, screen, and match suitable candidates to open roles
• Coordinate interview processes and provide updates to the Career Advisor team
• Collaborate with the team to develop tailored business proposals
• Achieve assigned KPIs and revenue targets
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or higher degree in any field.

- Have working experience of at least 1-2 years as a recruitment consultant, sales, or related field

- Being sales-oriented and having worked to targets and on commission

- Ability to communicate in English
