Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating the sales team and assisting with recruiting and training new hires.
Providing product demonstrations to staff and clients and taking the lead in resolving complaints.
Analyzing sales team performance and scheduling
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. (refer product to be responsibility)
Analyse sales data and make necessary sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing customized logistics solutions.
Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to management.
Integrate specialized knowledge and sales techniques for innovative and effective selling
