Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for Intern, Executive, Senior, and Leadership-level positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, placement partners, consultants, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage offer rollouts, joining confirmations, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions as per recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with colleges, placement cells, training institutes, and external recruitment partners.
- Manage internal and external employee referral programs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employee onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports for management.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information at all times.
