Regional Sales Engineer (Thailand) – UPS & Power Solutions
Responsibilities
• Consult and advise customers on products and technical solutions to meet their needs.
• Analyze customers technical problems and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical documents, and agreement paperwork for customers.
• Coordinate with the engineering team, after-sales service team, and other relevant departments.
• Participate in sales planning and achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Visit customers regularly to build relationships and expand the customer base.
• Provide product training and demonstrations to customers when necessary.
• Follow up on sales progress and deliver excellent after-sales service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow the market presence.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, technical sales, or documentation work.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Experience in UPS and battery sales is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data centers, power, and related industries is preferred.
